ZopeEditManager 0.9.5 Released

Sporting a new icon and a new build system, this is mostly a cosmetic update.

Mostly a code cleanup that uses Bob Ippolito's new py2app distutils extension for building from source.

Binary is still Panther (Mac OS X 10.3+) only, Jaguar (Mac OS X 10.2.x) users must build from source.
